Everyone has asked me if these photos are staged? Or if I dress her first. No! I find her this way and make her stand still until I get a picture! It's so much fun to see the ways in which she entertains herself. She called the pink ruffles her "wings" and went running through the house pretending to be a bird.

Love the pics! They are so cute! The pumpkin patch looks very fun! I miss you. I hope you are good. I think you should go and look at preschools for Rebecca. That's what I am going to do. That was Shea's advice to me (GP is full). Make some time for yourself and pray for some ladies to share your time with there. I am. Love you so much! M
I love, love, LOVE it!!!! What a doll!!! I miss you too and wish I could see your sweet face!
What great pictures! I hope that you area scrapbooker - great way to get these in a story-telling format to share with her down the road.
We all miss you so much!
Marth,
Are you a mind reader or what? Thank you for your words. We'll be in prayer for each other while we search for the right environments for our precious little ones. I won't put Rebecca in until spring. Let me know how you go about the process, other than prayer.
LOVE< SR
This picture is adorable. Her expression is beautiful and it makes her look like a baby doll. You have a gorgeous daughter!
Just a quick aside on the Mother's Morning Out thing- I was very nervous. The first day it went really well! B was not crying or anything. Then the next few weeks she had a hard time when we dropped her at her classroom. (It felt like a very long month) Now, she runs into her class and Daddy has to call her back to get a kiss and hug!
Her teacher is very sweet and calm and reassuring. I think that helped B learn about the transition. Now she enjoys it, and surprisingly I enjoy it too. I do still have K at home at that time (and enjoy the one-on-one), and we will be doing at least 1 day for her next year (She will just be 2 in June)- and then move her up to 2 days in January (at 2 1/2).
It's an incredible journey, and I am watching several other mother's going through the beginning of kindergarten and realizing that we better learn to transition now, gradually, before we have to go full-force in kindergarten.
Much love to y'all and we miss you!
